The device uses displacement sensor to measure flange end jump and diameter jump;  The repeated measurement accuracy of end hop and diameter hop was less than 0.01.  At the same time, the torque sensor is used to measure the rotational torque of the main tooth to verify the rotational torque when the main tooth nut is tightened. The whole measurement process is fully automatic operation.
